We teach all the yoga asanas:Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, and Ashtanga yoga.

Along with the above, we teach pranayama, bandhas, kriyas, meditation, mantras, Raja yoga, Bhakti yoga, Karma yoga, Jnana yoga, and Kundalini Yoga.

On weekdays and weekends, we provide lessons all day. You can join any batch on any day that works best for you. Timings would be flexible for kids as well as for adults.

Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, and Ashtanga yoga are among the yoga asanas we teach.We also teach pranayama, bandhas, kriyas, meditation, mantras, Raja yoga, Bhakti yoga, Karma yoga, Jnana yoga, and Kundalini yoga, in addition to the aforementioned.

Our classes are appropriate for both beginners and those with prior yoga experience who wish to learn more advanced yoga poses. We’ll look at your flexibility, daily routine, and diet chart first, and then go ahead based on that. If you like, our trainers can also provide correct diet chart counseling and health coach assistance. We tailored our workouts to each individual’s fitness level.
